Information for Visitors with disabilities

Kiftsgate welcomes everyone who enjoys visiting gardens. Parts of the garden are set on very steep banks and are not suitable for many people.

Access for wheelchairs is limited and a strong companion is needed. The garden is not recommended for powered vehicle users because of uneven, sometimes narrow paths and steep drops.

A map showing recommended routes for people with limited mobility is available at the garden entrance.

If visiting with a wheelchair, please drive right up to the garden entrance to unload as the drive is gravelled.

No wheelchairs are available at Kiftsgate.
